Amind terapia internet e investigaciones sobre Ansiedad y Pánico: E-terapia basada en pruebas


En la mayoría de los países de europa y en estados unidos los tratamientos psicológicos de primera elección en la salud pública es la terapia evaluada a través de ensayos clínicos.

Ante la falta de profesionales capacitados y lo costoso de los tratamientos muchos de estos países han optado por la terapia cognitivo conductual apoyada por una aplicación web interactiva , que optimiza la implicación del terapeuta, lo que le permite una mayor cobertura, y una disminución de los costes, sin sacrificar efectividad y con aún mayor eficacia.  Múltiples ensayos clinicos muestran que la TCC asistida por ordenador, es tan efectiva como la TCC cara a cara.
